1. How do I send my photos?
  After placing your card in the cart you will have the option to upload your photos. The upload feature orders the photos in a numerical order. Please view the card and the numbered slots on it. The first image you upload will go in the slot labeled #1 and so on. Underneath the upload box is a text box for you to give notes if you have any. For example if you would like that photo to be black & white or sepia instead of color. If the upload feature is not working please finish checking out and email your photos to: info@savingyourmemories.com

2. What size do my photos need to be?
  Photos should be no larger than 2MB if you are uploading them. The website upload feature will not support photos larger than 2MB. If your photo(s) exceed this amount please check out without uploading and email your photos to: info@savingyourmemories.com along with your order number. It is also helpful if you make a note of the order you wish your photos to be applied to your card.

3. Will my order come with envelopes?
  Most card orders will come with white envelopes. If the card comes with envelopes it will be stated in the details of the card information.

4. Why can't I see a preview of the card?
  We like to personally create your card by cropping in the photos and adding the text according to how it fits best on the card. We prefer the more personal touch by showing you we care for each individual order by taking our time to personally put it together for you. You still get to see a preview before it goes into production so you will have a chance to make changes if you don't like the way it was put together.

5. Proofs via email?
  You will receive a proof via your email address within 24hours of placing an order, except for on Saturdays & Sundays we are closed and the proof will be sent the following Monday. If you have not received your proof within that timeframe please check your spam mail or junk folders first and if you don't see anything there please email us so we can resend you the proof. You may want to consider giving us an alternate email in case your server sees our mail as spam.

6. How many proofs will I get?
  You will receive 2 free proofs. After that a $5 charge will be invoiced to you directly to complete the changes. Upon receiving your proof you are free to make changes (correct spelling errors, request different photo placement or cropping), different text or text placement. Once your proof has been approved the card will be processed for printing.
